Stay away from Tata Indicom. If and when you ever have a problem of any sort-you are guaranteed to encounter the worst customer service in your life. I've had a loss of connection for the last 4 days, but after repeatedly calling the callcenter, you only get to hear "your problem has been escalated" , "we have informed the higher authorities". Rest assured nothing happens. Even if you call or write to their nodal officers or appellate authority, they give you the same nonsense. To make things worse, if you are on a prepaid connection and have already recharged your account prior to the problem, your money is gone.
Avoid Tata Indicom at all costs
