Rep Power: 0  |  sickening & Total Frustrating Tatas have lost their so called reliabality.since 1 month my broad band account africa@eth.net is not working,their reply is shut down due to BESCOM fault,imagine in city like bangalore TATA Indicom does not have back up power,still as on date my complains are registered,but no action.There is no higher up with whom you can talk ,all call centres "press 1,press2 and press yourself". I strongly recommend if you want to experience "the height of frustration then you don't have to go to any where,just subscribe to TATA indicom". Then I shelled out 2850 bucks to buy theit Plug to surf (20 days over) for my survival ,that worked for a day,till today two times they have come to see the fault but does not have any courtesy to exchange or set right faulty device.
