I don't have this model. Samsung Galaxy.

How to configure Static IP address of wi-fi connection on a Samsung Galaxy Tab & Android Phone
Follow these simple steps:
1. Press 'Menu Key'.
2. Select 'Settings'.
3. Select 'Wireless & Network'.
4. Select 'WiFi Settings'. 5. Select 'WiFi to turn on WiFi'.

If you didnt Connect to a Network, Follow these steps:
- choose your network
- enter the password
- select connect
- wifi is activated now

6. Press 'Menu Key' again
7. Press Tap 'Advanced'
8. Enable 'Use Static IP'
9. Under 'IP Settings'
- Enter IP Address.
- Enter Gateway.
- Enter Netmask.
- Enter DNS.
That's it all... Now you can Connect to Internet,, Enjoy!!

I could not able to resolve the problem. i took my Router to my friends room, i tryed to connect with multiple laptops but it is not connecting to anybody's machine. finally i decided it is may be because of the Router issue. Please suggest shell i buy new router or ?. i looking your reply...

RECAP: START POST NO 13 .
(WiFi Beetel 450Tc1 Model). If i connect with the laptop the WiFi connection is working properly but if i connect with the phone WiFi connection is not getting established


(A)Confirm, your Beetel 450TCI when connected to Internet, , the wifi
settings also work with SSID/Security key selected and others can surf
with their laptop.

This was the earlier report ( In PPPoE mode with ID/PW entered in Internet page)
(B)
and ONLY Phone did not respond , but SSID appears with wifi .full strength.

Post the screen shot of STATUS device info.
in this model easy to change firmwares, and it rejects any
version not compatible. ( usually *.ras works )

The Hardware and Software is used in more than 15 different
models like TPLINK/Iballbaton/ZTE/Sterlite/HG520 /Akeeo etc.
and widely used in AIRTEL/MTNL BB connection.

.....(E)Beetel works in wifi mode with your ISP/laptop with settings below:

Hi,

I tested with my friends laptop as well still it is not connecting with their machine also. I am able to see the SSID in their machine but if i connect it is not establishing the connection. it was giving some error like : problem with Access Point or Connector issue.

Now I changed the Firmware version also, now it is : TM4-0Q-020.

Could you tell me, is there any possibilities to restrict one single machine can access the Internet?
