Thread: I forgot my password and idiot call center

I forgot my password and i have called the call center 5 times today ! i think it must have hacked
Can you help me? my security question is set by CC its "my isp?" i forgot the answer if any1 knows please PM me .... please help

If you forgot the answer to your account security question then don't worry, Customer Care can help you to reset password after account validation process. If they do not then you might need to visit Tata customer care office to get a new password.

Please consider the fact that password falls under confidential information slot and it can not be given to anybody without validation. If it goes in wrong hands then its the loss of user/owner of the account. Organisations have to maintain some standards and need to follow the protocol before resetting or giving the password.

If you are talking about google password then please check there validation process once, if you don't remember your ASQ (Account Security Question) and you don't have access to email address n phone number provided at the time of registration then they ask you the name of email address of different contacts from your addressbook along with the subject of recent mails.
