Tatadocomo stealing money from prepaid account balance

Complaint # GBL0913913655 dated Aug 30, 2011

I am a tatadocomo customer with the 903040**** mobile # I have
notice tatadocomo is stealing money from my prepaid account balance.
Early this month Rs.4/- was deducted and when I called Customer Care I
was told this was because I activated Games Vale Pack "which is a
white lie" by tatadocomo and when I asked the Customer Care executive
for more details, he apologized and agreed to refunded the deducted
amount.
On Aug 30, 2011 tatadocomo stole away Rs.57/- from my prepaid balance.
I called Customer Care and register a complaint (GBL0913913655
complaint No.) immediately Rs.27/ had been refunded. I am still
waiting for tatadocomo to refund Rs.30/.
It a shame on the tatadocomo's management who is now stealing its customers.

Its also applied to send so called toll free number 53333 When u call customer care they will reply tht 53333 is toll free to send sms for any service act or or deact but if u chk yr balance its charged Rs. 3/sms so TATA DOCOMO pure cheating
