    Default high speed connectivity not restored despite new billing cycle

    My photon no is 9239555132.
    My speed was reduced from 19 oct on account of exceeding 5 gb usage.
    My billing cycle starts from 23 of each month,but today I find that high speed connectivity has not been restored till now(23 oct afternoon).
    When will it be restored?
