Thread: Tata Indicom Broadband connection failure

Can anyone please guide me how to get connect with tata indicom broadband...i get discoonect from the last two days and customer care also not providing any support for that..

Mention your modem model/make number.
Check connection status and report to CC to check at their end.
At least if the telephone is working no problem in the line.

Type in browser 192.168.1.1 admin admin

VPI/VCI for TATA not known. ( feedback please )
may be 0 33 or 0 32 set both.
Check under Device Info Statistics ADSL. Any snr ATTN data seen ?
Check Diagnostics for all connections .
