Thread: Help needed, Tata Indicom, Hyderabad

Hi,

I applied for tata indicom broadband on 29th Sept but still i haven't been given a connection. They have done the feasibility and it is feasible to provide connection in my area ( Tolichowki ). But after that I call them everyday and I get the same answer " We are fwding request to concerned department. Someone will contact you in 24hrs." but nothing happens.
Does someone have some contact number or email id where i can escalate the issue?
Anyway of getting the connection ?

Tata People R Useless Of Taking Care Of Their Customers

Just Ask Them To Withdraw The Connection Ask Their Office Address
Visit There
Tell Them To Refund The Money As U Want To Withdraw The Connection
Just Fill Up Some Forms
If Still They Dnt Get Ready For It
Warn Thm That U Would Launch A Complain

And U Will Get Ur Money Back
