    Default Tata photon Please help

    Dear tata photon service providers

    i have a problem with my speed
    i have been using my photon from almost 1.2 years
    but my laptops harddisk failed i changed it

    and the thing happened was my speed got down
    before my new harddisk i was getting almost 150 kbps which was almost enough for me but when i change to new one
    istalled and then started the result was

    13 to 15 kbps
    i live in ahmedabad gujrat

    please help me i want my speed back
    i m using tata photon +
    my plan is 5gb at 950 capping plan
    my photon number is 09274218261
    acc num is 907309299
    i make my payments at time

    i will wait for this
    and when i called tatacustomercare they say to edit some thing in ncp. or something is that i can do once more i dont know what to edit
