hi iam gupta from vijayawada,iam regular user of data browsing in my tata indicom cell.previously they provided.25 gb for 42 rs for a period of onemonth.Now they changed it for 48 rs for 21days UNDER TATA DOCOMO SERVICE.FROM LAST THREE YEARS I CONNECTED WITH THIS SERVICE.LAST MONTH DUE TO SERVICE PROBLEM I HAVE DECONNECTED THE SERVICE.FOR THAT ALSO THEY CREATED SEVERAL PROBLEMS.NOW IAM FACING A PROBLEM ABOUT RECONNECTIVITY.SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE SEND MESSAGES FOR RECONNECTIVITY FOR THE 48 RS PACK.BUT THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING THE PACK ,FURTHER THEY ARE CHARGING HIGH PRICE FOR MY DATA BROWSING .IN THIS CONNECTION I HAVE CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES WITH THE CUSTEMER CARE,BUT I KNOW LATER, IT WAS WASTE OF TIME,THE MANAGEMENT WAS NOT APPOINTED SKILLED PERSONS IN CUSTOMAR CARE WING.FROM THE LAST 15 DAYS I CONTACTED 15 TIME IN THIS MATTER WITH THE CUSTMARE CARE ,BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO CONNECT TO DATA BROWSE PACK.MY PHONE NO 9292204710,NAME T.L.S.N.GUPTA
