    Default Tata photon plus data card horrible service

    I am a tata photon data card user since almost an year, i have faced service issues since 4 months, initially the data card isnt working properly, the speed was bad, it use to get disconnected in between work.
    then it stopped working completly.
    when put a complaint across no one vistied rather just kept making 5 calls everyday at odd hours , and i get charged for it in bill twice,
    after it stops working, no service. i m being asked to buy a new data card, instead of reaprng or replacement.
    and finally to top it all. i get a call from tata, saying we reconnecting ur service n in 48hours ur card will replaced or repaired , and the issues will be sorted .. nothing happens.. i ahvent used the card since 2 months. n i m reciving bills...
    why fool people like this .

    Firstly my name isn't Sarora, its Priyanka.

    Honestly i have heard so many apologies from Tata that it really makes no difference, I got another call from Tata Docomo, and some servicing guy came to visit my place. and left saying that my card will be replaced, he will be sending an email to his senior and calling a card and in 2 days time will come back to replace the card. which never happened, well what has happened is i have been charged another bill for a data card i have not used since 3 months, i have also been charged for the tata guy's visit to my place which was of no use or help.
    so again i say why do you guys fool people , just tell them "we we like to charge and harass customers".

    Do u TATA guys not feel ashamed of making promises to customers, and fulifilling them is never on ur mind.
    u only know one thing n tht is how to harass customers.


    u mentioned tht u will ensure its resolved.
    please go n take some english mesaning classess, cause u dont do wht u write.
    i m extremely disgusted with Tata photon.

    Switch to Airtel 3G. The connectivity and speeds are awesome. It is a little expensive though.
