    Disgusting Customer care service.

    I earlier had a Tata indicom broadband connection and i face some connection problem. I called there customer care service who didnt picked up the phone. I kept ringing for more then 7 days and after they picked up they said it is not not the right now to call for this. They gave me another number to call and when i called it no body picked it up. I went to there head office and reported there and they promised to solve my problem within 24 hours but no one came. Later they sent me a bill for a that month in which i have not used there internet connection.

    I would not recommend TATA INDICOM to any one.

    Watzzup just going through lot of blogs with ref to the matters related to the TATA indicom broadband consumers suffering and wanted to create a unified voice for all of us.
    Hence you are requested to provide your vsnl/ tataindicom email id and user id complaint no.

    This is not the first time I am hearing that some one is complaining about Tata Indicom. They are know for this very much, even with their landline, they had very bad name with customer service and over charging. This is more I heard, with the ISP they are providing with VSNL. I do not really know how a big company like TATA fails so miserably when it comes to customer service?!

    If you dont believe me then i would say you to get a connection and then wait for a problem with a connection and then see there customer service response. I also had there phone line and 5 months after from the date of dissconnection they came to pick up the handset. This is how quick they are. .

    I know how to feels like. I had been in a lot similar condition. I dont think that TATA can provide customer satisfaction at any cost no matter it is in telecom industry or in auto industry.

    I think there are lot of people who are facing problem with TATA and if someone goes throug this TATA Indicom section he would never go for it. Anyways i also agree that they do not have a reliable customer support.

    It is not like you are the only one who is facing this problem. I also faced similar problem and i would say that it is really frustrating when you keep calling for some help and other person just give you another number to call. This is the same thing what happened to me.
