YES TATA INDICOM SUCKING MY MONEY....


I AM FRM BANGALORE

I GOT 256 KB/S INFINITY CONNECTION... COST 1200 PER MONTH

BUT MY DOWNLOAD SPEED IS ONLY........ 20 KB/S

AND I GOT A LOT OF HEAD ACHE

EVERY MORNING 8.15 MY ROUTER WILL BE SET TO FACTORY DEFAULT SETTINGS AND IT SHOWS A MESSAGE

... A NET WORK CABLE UNPLUGGED....
THEN CONNCTED.... THEN UNPLUGGED....


THIS MESSAGES KEEP ON ALTERNATES FOR 3 HOURS....


AFTER 3 HOURS

I HAVE TO GO 162.198.1.1
AND ENTER MY SETTINGS.....

THEN I CAN ABLE TO CONNECT TILL EVENING 6.15

6.15 PM SAME PROBLEM WILL OCCUR
UNTILL 9.PM

THEN I HAVE TO CHANGE THE SETTINS AGAIN....


IF I GOT THIS TYPE OF SUCKING CONNECTION IN CONTJNUES THREE DAYS


4TH DAY THERE IS NO CONNECTION ......
THEY WILL TELL MAIN SERVER PROBLEM......
AFTER 2 DAYS IT MAY REPARE.......

THE TIME WHEN I LOST CONNECTION IS 100% UNSTABLE
MORNING SHARP 8.15, EVENING SHARP 6.15

I TOOCK THIS CONNECTION FOR DOWNLOADING MOVIES, GAMES&MUSICS

BUT I CANT ABLE TO EVEN BROSING

I AM FOOLED BY TATA INDIGOM.........

THEY ONLY TAUGHT ME

UNLIMITTED = 6 HOUR& 3 DAYS IN A WEEK
256 KB/S = 20 KB/S

IM LOSTING RS 1200 PER MONTH..

wow....thats ssly some **** u facing......Didnt understood that cable unplugged thing.....just change this ISP......get Mtnl,airtel or BSNL...atleast they provide the speeds they offer...

thats really terrible...20kbps for 1200/month...thats ridiculous.

The best way would be to get your internet connection disconnected and get some other good internet service provider such a BSNL or Airtel as i have used both of these and both are really very good.

TATA is getting good and they are now providing good services now and more over ther customer care number is also good...
