Thread: TATA Broadband plug2surf Problem (windows vista)

Hi,

I have taken plug 2 surf connection for my Laptop. I tried to connect i am getting modem unplugged message. I call up to TATA customer care these people are telling O.S problem. My O.S is windows vista home premium.

plug 2 surf will support windows vista???

I have never used this service from TAT but i think you should ask them that is it Vista compatable and i think it should be and as of this USB modem i think there can be some problem with it as it is very light and gets damaged very easily.
