    Smile Tata provides me What they offered

    HI i am a tata indicom user
    My plan is 256 infinity
    I am getting Always 256 kbps download speed.
    ie 32kB/s'
    and
    300 kbps upload speed
    ie 38 kB/s

    First Month i faced some problems with my speed router and every thing
    Now i got a stable connection 24 hrs a day
    no speed variations nothing......

    If there is any problem ocures just one call to tata engineers they will clear it immediatly.

    Yes i am completely satisfied with tata indicom

    Default Driver needed plz

    I have this tata indicom adsl2+ TAD100 Teracom Modem.
    I dont have the USB driver as they did not provide the cd.
    Can anyone help me to find where it is? or plz upload them

    You are a one lucky person as i had been with TATA Indicom and they didn;t fixed my problem for 1 months and then later i disconnected there connection.

    Jupiter...I really dont feel tata indicom customer service is bad. Cos I just mail them if i have any concerns and I assure you a reply in the next 24 hours with the resolution. Moreover I can recharge my perpaid online thru netbanking, so that we don have to go to offices.

    Satisfied user of TT indicom BB
    plan# 256kbps infinity business con for the last 1 year or little more.

    till date 2calls to CC and the eng attended within couple of hrs.

    hi ... i have the same model but i think it is actually a beetel 220 something ... it is just manufacuted by teracom in india . try searching for beetel router drivers .

    My friends and colleagues are using TI and quite satisfied. When I wanted BB connection over a year ago, they were only offering a pre-paid connection to me. So I refused.

    TATA Indicom is superb.. I have been using it for 5 months and I had to call for service only thrice... you will have a service engineer in your place within 6 hrs..excellent service

    Hi
    I too have the same bad connection for past one year.Earlier If i had problem I called in customer service.But If you call onetime you wont get result.Because tata indicom customer care service sorry customare scare service like that.If you make call for 100 rupees to the customer scare service they will book four or five complines for your name.But they wont solve soon.They will fix the problem atleast minimum a month.Because they have to trace each cable from a therads of cables to find the faulty yours.After that I never called for my problem.I sent mails to the customer scare service.They sent mail like auto reply(sorry for the inconvenient...our people on the way to fix ur pbm.) like that.

    So in my 1 year experience with tata is unforgettable.Dont go for TATA indicom broadband anytime.Better use browsing centre which has non tata indicom broadband connecton.
