Follow up: Thy don't bother to call us and inform,i found out many shocking information through tatabroadband ex- employee.i will share, keep reading the facts.
Fine,let me come to the point.Guys be careful in getting tatabroadband connection.They will lock you with many attractive plans but all are fake and hopeless service.i m facing uncanny experience with them.i have opted for postpaid plan.While getting the connection the sales executive informed me, if i go for 4 months package there is no installation charges ie is 2000Rs. Guys this is a warning dont commit.They simply lock you,coz whenever i give a call and lodged the complaint they simply dont care about,the reason is they have the money which i paid in advance.dont loose your hold by paying upfront.Also there is hidden charges.The 128kbps unlimited package cost Rs.3146 includes tax.But its not, the bill generated was Rs.936 for per month.i have a bill as a proof.When i inquired about the bill they tell all crap.
In two days time i faced frequent disconnection,Therefore i gave a call to customer care(60607070), belive me friends each time if i give a call, different Agents would receive the call.And cant speak to the CSR who attended earlier. each time i have to tell the same old **** to them.Top of that, the solution would be changing the ip address.till now i have spoked to more than 10 CSR ,Think about it......when i say im not able to connect they tell you in flippant "we can see that you were accessing the net". How irresponsible all these agents are. would i give a call to them and inform about frequent disconnection if it is working.They think i am a dumb.Once i blast them to terminate my account,immediately internet was working for few hours.No idea how this happened. again,if i call them up for the same issue,they tell the same old ****, without any solution.My dear friends till now i havent received any followup or service engineers attending my place.
One shocking news i came to know from one of the employee,did you ever noticed that tatabroadband has no toll free numbers.why?Do you think tata cant afford toll free number? its really funny,Coz they make money out of it. they disconnect the internet intentionally so customer would call 60607070 .friends this the premium call services....Whenever a customer calls up tatabrodband,they will get 50%of the call charges as a revenue.Remaining would be shared with provider.so they are making money whenever customer calls up!!!!!!!!! To call customer care It would cost approx Rs.20 to 30 depending on the issue and communication.So tata gets profit of Rs.10 form each customer. Then i remembered once i had a issue when i gave a call to customer care.The agent collected all the details and made to wait for 5 minutes then informed me to check the internet.he was sure internet would work, as he told it was working.....intentionally they do it.....TATAbroadband is a cheater.......Careful people.....
i have been using airtel for 3 year in bangalore never faced any issues though they had some problem with billing earlier but revoked.Airtel is the best service guys.Now i have shifted to chennai where there is no access to airtle,but i m changing to BSNL.
