I have used both tata plug to surf and reliance data card.

I have found reliance data card to be more reliable as compared to tata indicom's plug to surf.

The speed I get with this reliance data card is normally above 10kB/sec to 15kB/sec and I have travelled a lot in North India and never had any issues with coverage while travelling or even in some remote areas.

Customer service : I cant say anything about reliance customer support as I have never called them up as I never had any issues wiht the service.

As I mentioned in my earlier post I have used tata indicom plug to surf and the only reason I switched to reliance was that I did not find tata indicom to be reliable enough and the coverage in my area is pretty bad and connection drops very often which is not the case with reliance.
