I am from Mumbai, having night unlimited plan of TATA Broadband (free from 8 PM to 8 AM). After installation when I called up customer care about online account status checking of my account they informed me that I have unlimited plan and don't need to know status of the account (not aware about customer plan).

After explaining the thing that my plan is unlimited only at night time and what about my browsing during daytime. Then they hardly agreed that I need to know my account status & informed that we are in process of upgrading our website & with new website you will be able to have your account status online.

On first week of July 08, again I sent an email about my problem...but so far nobody has replied me about my problem.

Can anyone tell me how I can check my online/offline account status broadband status) with TATA Indicoam-Broadband connection.
