Thread: Suggest new ISP

Hi

just planing to get this tata as new ISP so looking forward for advice and suggestions from all of you..

got a small info from tata site that there is an offer in which they are providing upto 2Mbps nite unlimited for just rs 299 extra on base plan which sounds good deal..

reading more about it will update this space soon..

please post your comments on same

its 512kbps night unlimited from 9pm to 9am for Rs299 per month if you have any time based plans.
I didint see any 2mbps night unlimited...

Actually the broucher I have is probbably outdated... it does say 2mbps night unlimited on their website but on the broucher it says 512kbps unlimited at night... Dont know what to believe.

ya i checked it again admin and it is 2mbps nite unlimited on time based plans only which are useless for people like who work for more than 14-16 hours on net in a day.

so i m not planing to go for any time limited plan as its really very expensive option

As far as i kNow they tell that u will get 2mbps in night but as usual it is Upto and one of my friend used it and he never got the even 1.5mbps speed he told me and there customer service is big time failure initially it is good for few months then real problem come.me using it for 1.5 yrs and out of that only i have access to net for 10-11 months that to i am telling much and other time they have the usual PPP problem there server goes off every 3 days in a week.
If u have not yet booked the connection then don't go for it in Delhi it is not good i am a person who has suffered with TATA.If u bought the connection already try to get some more feedback from people who have used the Night plan of 2mbps as far as i know they don't provide that speed which they tell.

DONT LET THE ATTRACTIVE RATES FOOL U!!!! TATA INDICOM BROADBAND FELLOWS R WHITE COLLARED THIEVES!!!! I HAD MY WORST BROADBAND EXPERIENCES WITH TATA. THEY PROMISE 2MBPS BUT U WILL GET ONLY 512KBPS...!! choose bsnl... much better:thumbup:

we don't have this BSNL option in Delhi

Now using tata wimax and till date its working fine and i agree that tata tech support is not up to the mark but trust me it is 1000 times better than sify tech support
