who to improve the speed of TATA indicom plug2surf whiz with photon?

hi everyone,
please tell me how to improve the speed of photon! since they promised 154 kbps,in first month i get average of 11 KBps (88 kbps)...now it fall to 4-5 kBps (32 kpbs).....
is there any method to make constant speed?

Tata indicom photon is not Tata Indicom plug2surf whiz .... Photon will give you a speed of around 3mbps not 154kbps
I used plugtosurf whiz briefly .... it was too slow ... like you said the speed becomes pathetic after a while ....
Try using their enhancement software , its suppose to speed up your browsing experience at the cost of picture quality ....

very bad speed, customer care (promise to solve problem in 24 hrs but they will not resolve the problem till the time you will not throw away your device). Promise to give around 3.1 MBPS while they will never tell before purchasing the avg speed is 256 to 612(approx) speed. Even i never get the avg speed it always 50-60 kbps. ;(

Tata is always pathetic i will think about 100 times before going for any of its products !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
