I wonder what their customer care centre is meant for...do they even know how are they supposed to help out their customers...they themselves talk as if they are totally helpless..and just keep on blaming other departments for any complaints that we have...
Tatas - Please train them..or suspend them if they cannot do their job.
the experience has been so frustrating that m going to give 3500 back and instead choose some other vendor..
