Tatas you are going to loose business coz of your poor CCs (Customer care Service)

    Default Tatas you are going to loose business coz of your poor CCs (Customer care Service)

    I applied for photon some 10 days back...and still they havent given me the data card.

    I am simply tired of making phone calls every day ...sometimes to the customer care centre..sometimes to the individuals who are going to come some day (i wonder when) to install

    I wonder what their customer care centre is meant for...do they even know how are they supposed to help out their customers...they themselves talk as if they are totally helpless..and just keep on blaming other departments for any complaints that we have...

    Tatas - Please train them..or suspend them if they cannot do their job.

    the experience has been so frustrating that m going to give 3500 back and instead choose some other vendor..

    and tomorrow i am going to write the names/addresses and watever details i get about the people who have given such frustrating answers...

    i feel Independence day is going to be too harsh for TATA guys...
    job takes the child away.

    I hae sent 3 page mail to Tata Cutomer Care and Nodal Centers Id... Stating what happend every single day....
    Will keep you all updated on the same.....

    Can you please be more specific about your query/frustration, so that our members can help/guide you in this regard.
    Like, have you paid them through cheque/cash/credit or debit card?. Do you have any receipt/acknowledgement for the same/. Where did you paid them? Have you contacted the same person to whom you paid the money?

    There is no point in calling them. You can always go to their place and get your doubts cleared.

    Hai,you can mail to their customer care team at customer.care@tatatel.co.in to get the issue resolved.Trust you will get prompt and immediate resolution.
