Thread: disconnection of tata photon+ service

i took photon+ 2 months back...its good for downloading (my utorrent download speed during day varies frm 80 kbps to 140 kbps) but all plans are limited. its not good for surfing bcoz of disconnection problem esp after 8 pm . so i have applied for bsnl unlimited broadband plan. any one who knows how to get this service disconnected. and what should i do with my photon+ device. can any other person can get photon+ activated on my device.

Hai dude, for disconnction of the services you can send mail to their customer care id or can visit any of the Tata Indicom outlets and give a written cancellation request.Further, after disconnection any body can opt for new connection and use the same device.

The customer care id of Tata Indicom is customer.care@tatatel.co.in.
