    Question Wrong Billing from Photon & noone answers

    I have 2 Photon Plus connections. Must say I love the speed but the billing is very erroneous. I have 1GB free and rarely use it, but get charged extra every time.
    I got a usage break up for Feb which suggests I only used 500MB but noone can help me reconcile.
    Can anyone here tell me what to do??
