Best wireless internet plan

Hello Everyone

Plz help me in getting a good wireless card for download purpose
right now i use bsnl evdo card but it is not worth as it has been advertised. It hardly give me 30kbps to 40kbps speed
So guys plz help me i can pull up to 1200 rs monthly
