Thread: Tata photon+

Hi friends, I have been using this tata photon+ for the past two weeks. actually when i connect it to the desktop computer, the antivirus detects a virus during browsing through this photon+. But when i use it with the bsnl broadband no viruuses are detected. Also when i use the photon+ in laptop the screen gets stuck after some time and even the task manager cant be openend. But till now not faced that dificulty when using the bsnl broadband with the laptop. So i wanted to know if its possible that the usb stick of photon+ is carrying a virus??please help. If yes how to repair it.

which AV and whats the name of VIRUS your AV is showing?

Is Tata Photon Plus Service available in Kozhikode (Calicut),Kerala??

^^At my place (Trivandrum) it is available.I need to know while I'm in Calicut,is Photon+ can get there.In the website it says no..Available only in Trivandrum,Ernakulam & Kannur.No mention about Calicut.Thats why I asked just to clarify.
