Thread: Dont buy Photon+

On 20th July 2010, I bought a new Photon+. Earlier i using reliance netconnect 1X, I needed more speed so i thought i would give some other ISP a try. Happy with their other tata services, i opted tata photon+.

But i am regretting my decision.
many reasons :
1. their customer service is really crappy, i must say that reliance's is much better
2. the tata indicom dealer through which i purchased the connection, didnt told me about the montly discounts, so i lodged a complaint, and they say that i am not liable as the dealer didnt told you. Why should i suffer for something which their executive didnt know ?
3. my friends in the same area are using reliance netconnect broadband+, its service is much much better than photon+, in all respects, be it speed, network coverage or customer issues.

its loss of around 3000 rupees to me, but i am going for reliance netconnect broadband+ now.

IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT GETTING TATA PHOTON INTERNET, DO THINK TWICE, THRICE........

thrice complained in call centre, twice to nodal officer ..but no one really looks into the matter ..
tata photon is hopeless ...

i think Tata is the best at customer care,,

dont know what maybe your problems..but i have a good experience..

Indeed Tata is worst when comes to wireless broadband, Their wimax and evdo is nothing more than disgrace.
