It can be done by using the CCProxy Software. Google it. Their website has the tutorial too.

I have read on the internet that a modem is available through you can share a usb modem (eg:Tata Photon) with more than one computer.

Share the internet connection from a USB modem.

I have given you the literature( at the bottom) and the link of EBAY.IN,where it is available for purchase.

Broadband USB modems like Reliance Broadband+ and Tata Photon+ are easily available. But only one PC can use the internet at a time, unless you get a Wireless router with USB port like this one. Plus the USB broadband modem in (you will have to configure it with username, password for the first time using a PC), and you can have your own personal Wi-Fi hotspot. Depending on the speed of the connection, upto three people can easily share the connection. And if you get a DC to AC adapter for your car, you can even use it while on the move - a moving Wi-Fi hotspot in your car!

eBay India: SMC N Wireless 3G Broadband Router - Reliance USB Modem (item 380242760562 end time 12-Sep-2010 16:56:10 IST)

    Hope this helps.

    Default "Service name" setting

I have a Tata Photon Card and an Airlive Air3G router. Need help with setting it up. In the Internet settings page, it asks for "Service Name".

What should it be for Tata Photon?
I have tried photon.ttml.in but so far havn't succeeded in connecting. It would be great if you could share the settings to use.

    Thanks in advance!

Default Need Tata Photon Internet settings

    Essbebe,

My router supports both 3G and broadband. So #3 is possible.
I think I need either a change in logon settings or a firmware upgrade.

It would be great if someone using Tata Photon card using a router could post his settings for "Service name" and user-id format (just the 10-digit number or 10-digits@photon.ttml.in?).

    Thank you for responding.
