Thread: Tata Photon+

I have bought a Tata Photon+ 1 month before,for the first 2 days i got a minimum speed of 1.5 to 2 mbps but after that maximum speed 200 to 300 kbps after that i complain in their customer care they send me an engineer he gave me a new settings but aghain after 1 or 2 weeks my net speed is horrible and now if I complain I receive a complain no. but after 2 or 3 days my complain gets automatically closed.Tata is totally cheating people and making fake promises they say 3.1 mbps speed but they are also not giving a minimum 800 kbps to 1 mbps speed.I am using Rs 950 unlimited plan for my busy shedule computer work but I think I just wasted my money for a bloody huwei chinese **** modem and a horrible internet connection.
