Even I am not able to contact customer service through phone, it says invalid account number or phone number. I am not even able to pay the amount using internet or phone service as it says, invalid account number.
I am just communicating through emails as I deputed to abroad on job purpose. Their email response is very poor. I complained to consumers forum. I am waiting to contact my lawyer if it does not work out.
