1. A USB Stick or SIM Card, allow you to access Internet, on the go, while you are on the move. Request for a Demonstration at the place, you would be using the Device.
2. When you purchase the Tata Indicom Device, be sure to check out the Data Plan. See if there are any concessional offers(schemes), any corporate schemes.
3. For the first Billing Cycle, the Volume of Free Data Usage, is calculated on a Pro-rata Basis. Be sure you don't exceed it, or you'll have to pay more than your fixed rental.
4. Wireless Internet Signals are like any other communication-signals. If you stay in a thick Ambush Area, where the signal-strength is low, chances are you may face Low Internet Speed or Connectivity Issues.
5. To be doubly sure, you can borrow your friend's Tata Indicom Phone, and check the reception(signal strength) in your area of residence.
6. Many Telecom Operators work in a 2-tier fashion. They focus on acquiring new customers/business. However, to cut costs, they do not maintain the Tower Infrastructure themselves, rather outsource it to some other Agency. Bear in mind that, the Tower Infrastructure Management Team is separate Agency.
7. Always ask for a Home Installation. If there are any installation issues, they would be sorted out then and there.
