Thread: Photon plus not yet cancelled...n have pay for the unused months

I was a tata indicom photon plus customer. But in the month of september,2010; I had called in the customercare and told them to cancel my account as I was going abroad. But yesterday when I simply logged into my tata indicom account, first thing was I was able to log in. After logging in, in the payment section, it was written that I was having a payment due of about rs 2000 (from oct,2010 till feb,2011).I havent used tata indicom photon plus from october,2010.I cant pay for anything I havent used.Please suggest any way to cancel the account properly without paying for the unused months.

Don't bother... Remember that you haven't paid.. and will not pay as you're not using it.. Good that you took the post-paid... The one who has the money is the king.. I was using Tata Photon whiz and had outstanding 2 months due before they diconnected... I didn't pay cuz I had asked them to deactivate it like you...

Didn't have any issues while getting the new photon plus connection either.
