I have been thinking about purchasing Tata Photon Plus pre-paid modem, but here when one looks at the website there are unlimited recharge options listed for a pre-paid modem. But they reduce the speed once you reach a certain download limit depending upon the recharge package you have opted for.

What is the poing of advertising it as a high speed connection of 3.1 Mbps if one is forced to surf at a poor speed?

What is unlimited package means for a Tata Photon Plus prepaid modem? Is there a hidden agent to limit it to 15 GB or something like that? Is unlimited really unlimited?
