    Default Candle march protest against TATA PHOTON

    Guys ..what do u say ...It seems there r thousands of people unhappy with TATA Photon customer care and with the product itself ....
    Should we organise candle light peaceful protest agains photon in all major cities ...it will be one of its kind in India for the first time ...and these bloodsucker moneysucker people will be scared .....
    We hv to shell out so mmuch money to buy hardware USB and after that we cannot leave the connection just like that ....and lose so much of money ...lets organise ourselves against these people ....

    Default Went and recharged Rs 250/250mb in to my Photon a/c-could be the last!

    MY 6GB pre paid credit balance is expiring tomorrow.
    So today -went to tata indicom office and recharged the usual Rs 250/250 mb to extend validity for 30 more days.

    Yesterday evening when I checked speed test it was hardly 25 KBPS.(95% signal strength)
    Most Gprs packs @ rs 98/2GB gives that speed.

    So this summer holidays,I will give it to the kid to finish it off in her computer playing net games and be done with it. ( a/c may be alive for another 2-3 months with out any charge)
    Not worth Rs 250/month to keep that damn modem alive !

    [Hi,
    I had been using Tata photon broadband connection for internet since oct 2010. this was unlimited plan of 3.1mbps. though it was 3.1 mbps plan, but i never got more than 512 kbps. I started getting network connectivity and speed problem from may 2011, I tried there helpline numbers number of times but found busy and because of my job profile i had to travel outside the city, that's why i could not give much attention on this issue. On Aug 27 , 2011 i agian tried their helpline number and this time by luck they received my call.
    I explained the issue to them & they promised , that the problem will be resolved in by Aug 30,2011, but there was no response.then after calling them again and again there engineer had visited my home and when he checked the speed it was just 40 kbps. he told me that there network team will resolve the issue.
    Again started waiting the response but nobody solved the problem , one day someone in their network team called me and said that they can not resolve this issue, you have to bear with this speed.
    Then I mailed them to close the connection , as I had been paying for no service.
    I paid my last bill on Aug 21 ,2011 even not getting any service.
    Now company is harassing me by sending the notice from tees hazari court Advocate to clear the due.
    I have never seen such a cheat company in my life. when you go for the new connection these people cliam 3.1 mbps speed and on real ground they give mere 50 kbps speed.
    Please advice me how to proceed further against this issue.
    My tata photon number was 9266613549
