Thread: Overbilled ...TATA PHOTON

TATA PHOTON NUMBER : 9230507074


I have raised couple of complaints even before receiving the bill ( bill number : 1007672169) that billing for my internet usage is not being updated properly ....please check all the complains against my photon number ....complain was never resolved but now I have received a bill for 3500Rs.....I have saved all the communication mails done with your customer care center and I have all the screenshots to prove that billing was incorrect ..... I am going to file a case in consumer court if the bill is not corrected ..

Also if my credit limit is Rs 2500 only , how come I have received a bill of Rs 3570.00. Why my connection was not stopped at 2500 Rs.....

Why dont you share the resolution provided by your concerned department ... I think I have mentioned specifically earlier that every time a complaint is raised and is forwarded to some "Concerned Department" and after 2 days I recieve the email that the complain has been resolved... but in reality no resolution is provided ...... couple of times I recieved the phone call but that too for formality ... they ask couple of questions and ........... I am too tired now to repeat same things again and again now ......

Other forum users .. please be aware of such cheap tactics of TATA PHOTON that complaints has been resolved etctc ... not even a single Complain is resolved by tata photon ...before buying photon search google and read user experiences ......
For any technical problem there is only one solution provided by their super special tech department " delete cookies"
For all other problems , complaints are forwarded to the concerned departments which are never resolved
