I appreciate that the customer service guy who posted is trying to help --- but these people need to understand that the same old formulaic script-based "service" is not really service at all.
They also need to understand that the policy of keeping the customer is transparent. When the customer wants out, they want out. Most of us do not change our utility providers for fun.
