It seems not only with me but it is happening elesewhere also...my buddy in bangalore who has an unlimited photon plus connection confirmed that he is getting low speeds with torrents and other file sharing sites...the speed is capped at 15 kB/s...he is also planning to ditch the bitch (photon plus connection)...nice going TATA hope u become extinct soon.
