In first post raj402 haven't raised any complaint against the tata photon service. But Tata Indicom Customer care replied

It simply means they are not bothering to read what the post is. They just copy paste the post.
This is the best example how the tata photon customer service is. The use the same formula everywhere even if you raise complaint at
Customer.care@tatatel.co.in they will not read your complaint they will just copy and paste some reply. Like problem has been resolved so we are ....hope you are satisfied with resolution provided.
