TATA Photon+ Registry problem.

    Default TATA Photon+ Registry problem.

    Hi guys,
    My Photon+ dialer shows Registry...........Not OK when starting a test. What could be the problem and how can I rectify it? Also I cannot access my online TATA Photon account till now after repeated complains to the CC. The problem is after I enter the login information and click the SUBMIT button I get to this location - /myaccount/EProfileAction.do - and I cannot SUBMIT nor Cancel this and move on. I am stuck on this page. I have not used nor seen my account ever till date. Please help.

    You know it doesn't really matter if your going to rectify my problems or not because I'm really tired of waiting for the solution. And besides I'm not gonna recharge it again and I'm not gonna be using your product in the future. The speed drastically reduced recently and I'm not able to open more than 3 webpages. The network utilization is always below 7% and the connection always keeps terminating. So a big thanks to your great product and a big thanks for wasting my time.

    Good Decision. Don't hope technical support will resolve the problem actually I would say they don't have technical support. they have just have hired few tapori boys as their technical support executive.

    Are you f**k**g kidding me............. There's been no word from you all these days and I've been eagerly waiting your mail and now you're telling me that you've already contacted me and that I was the one who did not respond? What the heck? You're seriously pissing me off.

    Hello Guys!
    I m also having the same problem.I bought photon+ on 16th of this month.For 2-3 days it worked at a great speed..bt after dat..it is working at a very low rate.When i checked thru the photon+ test in photon +dialer, everything was ok except Registry.It showed not ok. I am also nt able to check my acount.
    As asked may photon+ no. is revert me back if any kind of solution is dere..hoping 4 a quick response.

    I have used Tata Photon plus for quite some time . If the signals are good, you can get 0.5 to 0.8 mbps speed connectivity.
    If you know how to fill up the profile page with your a/c details, you can delete the software and re instal. The problem may resolve.
    CDMA signals generally better than 3G GSM inside the house . But dont expect more tham 512 kbps to 750 kbps at best.
    Tata photon have a free 1800 customer service no. You can speak to the tech support and trouble shoot. The reps answering the phone will repeat like a parrot and may not know much.
    Time based plans and post paid is no good. pre paid is ok.
    To rule out your pc problems ,insert the data card in another lap top or pc and check. after auto instal the software, it should connect.
