Beware! Their customer service sucks! I wanted to cancel their service. Called their customer care and they said I have to write a written letter and submit at their office. Did just that. Went to their office and gave a WRITTEN letter just like they wanted.

Never ever used the instrument after that. I am not even in India for that matter. So life goes on and I get the next months bill. WONDERFUL! Called them up again and THREE times they just HUNG UP on me. Finally one guy asked me to send an email to them.

Two days later I get an automated email saying my issue has been successfully resolved. I am a little suspicious now and so sent another email to just confirm all is well.

SURE enough I get a response saying, I can cancel only after paying my dues. This is the payment for the month after I cancelled and stopped using their service. FABULOUS! Instead of wasting my time calling them, I just paid and asked to cancel again. I have not got a single confirmation from them that they have cancelled. I am waiting for my next bill to take them to COURT!

STAY AWAY from this company of cheats!
