Thread: Tata Photon connectivity is the worst and their customer care is non-existent

I've been using or trying to use a Tata Photon Plus data card for the last 4 months. Initially the connection speed was ok. And then it dropped to levels of a dial up connection. And stays that way inspite of repeated complaints to TATA Indicom. They claim there is a lot of congestion in Dadar and the network is low. After a complaint is filed usually a rep calls checks with you gives u this standard answer and they claim that the problem has been solved. This seems to be the universal problem with Tata Photon. My experience with Vodafone for a 3G connection was even worse the dongle wouldn't even connect and they've been sending me bills for a dongle that I gave back and disconnected!
