I purchased a tata photon connection on 13th september, was having low speed problem, resolution provided was to visit tata icare hub,those guys told to migrate to postpaid as to get full services, made a migration request on 24th sep but was updated on their system on 26th sep, was committed and informed about 72 hrs timeline for migration. But till day it's not done, and am being informed to wait for 2nd oct. Nodal Office no not reachable, no use of dropping mail. I told them if it's not being sorted out till 30th sep 10:00 am i am dropping connection.
I already have 4 seprate tata postpaid connection for my home and business purpose but planning to drop all and buy a genuine company pack connections.
This is pathetic if i have any option to drag these people i am going to make it worse for them.
