Tata photon plus Device Driver issue

    Default Tata photon plus Device Driver issue

    Hi,

    I am facing issue with Modem. When ever i plug device into laptop, Dialer can see signal but can't connect. I need to go into Device manager and uninstall and install driver.thereafter it connects. I am fed up with this process every time connect. Any Advice on this.

    Unhappy Photon Drivers are Showing as Airtel

    Hi

    I am using my Tata Photon Plus for past 2 years. But now i am facing a problem. The photon icon in the inbuilt drivers are showing as airtel. I have never used any airtel data card. How could it be that it turned to airtel? The drivers which are present in the data card are write protected but now it is showing airtel. I cannot able to install the drivers on to my new laptop. i am sending you the details of my photon plus:

    HUAWEI Mobile Broadband
    model: HUAWEI EC 152
    CDMA1X HSIA USB Stick
    FCC ID: Q1SEC122
    MEID: A0000020CFBD3D
    pESN: 80D1F2BC
    S/N: 8QA4CB10B2815035

    And if possible please send me the drivers

    tata photon plus is good broadband internet connection.and it provides 7.2 mbps high speeds by tata photon plus.

    Mr tata photon...recently i bought tata photon plus for 1190 Rs from a dealer in hyderabad he said i will get laptop bag when i take post paid tata docomo sim connection from him.i took because i want that laptop bag.i complaint this in nodal officer of tata photon but he close the complaint with out contacting me, while i was in other state for my official work.what can i expect from your company?? you dont gone give me my laptop bag even keep it as new year gift & dnt ever say you tata company is consumer helping nature. k. venugopal 8686282943

    You CAn Contcact me right know my number is 8686282943.your nodal officer call me three times,out of which i was available for two times. only i was unavailable for last(third) time because i was going out of station for my family reason & after reaching to hyderabad on next day i called your nodal officer and said sir can you arrange me call today please they said yes we will arange you call on 2nd 3rd 4th (around 6 tp 8 pm) but after 6.20pm i got mail that my complaint number is closed.if you dont have time to listen my complaint) i allready registered in your data base ) i going to file complaint in consumer forum in two days and you gona bear the consequences.


    The reason you closed my complaint is that you and dealer are mixed with each other & you peoples dont have respect for consumer and i will show how a common consumer gona react when he is ill treated.

    Hey how can you get 7.2 Mbps speed. Tata Photon Plus modems are 3.6 Mbps downlink speed. ?????

    Which data card are you using?

    Has Tata Photon Plus started using EVDO Rev B network ?
