    Default problem with photon+

    guys i hv a tata photon+ with unlimited plan 950...but speed is very slow nd my problem is can anyone help me to figure out what is da diffference between cdma and hsia

    My plan is same and I get decent speed. What is the signal strength at your location?

    dude isse pehle toh hsia signal tah aur 99%signal strength tha lekhin abhi khuj dinho se cdma dikha raha hai aur signal strength 80% dikha raha hai....jab bhi connect karne ki kosish kar raha hu nahi ho raha hai....hsia main toh easily connect ho raha tha

    Try it on another Computer.

    Check it at a different location.

    After you complete the above steps, I suggest that you call Tata Photon + customer care at 1800 266 121 and explain your issue. It might be a server side issue. They should probably reset your account.

    Also, while it is disconnected, open the dialer.

    Go in the settings.

    Click on the Network Tab.

    Select Tata Photon + or Hybrid.

    Click on OK to save the settings.

    Now, try to connect.

    @itsmemad:yar ab toh hadd e hogayi koi connection nahi dikha raha hai...do alag pc s main try kia kuch nahi hua same problem....sale customer care main phn kiya toh port ko forward aur cookis aur kuch temporary files clear karne ko bola wo bhi kiya lekin uske baad bhi wahi problem....tata kuch toh karo!!!!

    Call them again and tell that you've performed all the troubleshooting on two PCs. Either it is a device issue or server side issue. This happened with me in the beginning. In the end they replaced my device. If it's not more than one year old, your device should be replaced free of cost too. You must have some patience because perhaps you're in for a long haul. Call them everyday until the issue is resolved!
