Tata Photon+ Speed Issue

    Angry Tata Photon+ Speed Issue

    Hello,

    I am having Postpaid photon+ connection under corporate offer, bearing Photon+ Number "9243502804". From the day 1 I bought this connection, I never enjoyed the speed they offered while selling the device. I have attached the Speed logs I am getting below with which you can realize the speed I am fiddling with. After contacting all possible escalation point, Tataphoton send the engineer to visit my place (His Name is Shashi Engr ID: Stkaje0359 and Complaint docket number :299297877) and collected the details of signal parameter. The Engineer only told me that the signal strength is bad and need to install passive antenna in my place. From behind (I heard this from customer care executive) he updated in customer feedback, customer is not ready to install passive antenna. This is wrong statement and I never updated this type of info to Engineer.This shows the professinalism of Tataphoton+ customer care habdling cusotmers. How they can update without confirming with customer (i.e., Me). A validation call on the statment resolved this. After this when I called customer care I noticed these type of background update is happned. I now waiting Tataphoton+ to give me an alternative solution to boost my signal strength. It never happened and still waiting for the same. If you call in the night time you will feel very horrible English speaking guys, never even understand us and even cant update the docket with with right update message.

    I also work with same umbrella of brand, I never expected this type of service from Global recognized Tata brand. For New broadband enthusiasts, I definitely recommend them to think before moving to TataPhoton+.

    If any one want I have maintained the speed logs. By seeing this at least now for the final try hoping Tata Photon+ team will respond positively and resolve the issue. I also make this statement loud and clear "I will not going to pay my bills until I get proper resolution to my speed issue.
