TATA indicom launches official forum

TATA Indicom has launched the official forum service for their customers. Probably the only indian mobile service provider to do so till date.

But the forum is expected to be flooded with complaint. let us wait and watch how it turns up.

Tata Indicom is known to be best consumer friendly service in the country. So the addition of a consumer forum is no big surprise. Only if the others learnt from this initiative..

Its surely a great initiative. but with any "official" forum, there is a tendency to throttle the voices of complaint. lets see how this turns out.

the "official" forum would be "officially" moderated. as the moderator/admin they have the ability to delete posts that would be too uncomfortable for the service provider.
