Default Tata's GSM Service offer

Tata teleservices have launched their new GSM brand Tata DoCoMo, and their commercial launch has started in Chennai and Tamil Nadu.

The GSM offers allows Tata DoCoMo users to make calls anywhere in India for 1 paisa per second, which is equivalent to 60 paisa's per minute.
The service rollout for South India will be completed within a fortnight, whereas for the rest of the country it will be completed in this year.

According Tata DoCoMo president, the pricing which has been set for per second will not only include voice calls, but also VAS services and IVR interactions, which is effective from day one.

Im sure I have seen other mobile providers give offers like these before, but they have been temporary!

Is this going to be something permanent then?
