Thread: Tata Docomo's 'per second' billing concept on TRAI's agenda

TRAI wants all mobile operators to adopt Tata Docomo's per second concept! Regardless to say this move is going to get widespread opposition from most of the operators..infact Aircel and Vodafone have publicly voiced their displeasure at TRAI's idea...seems such customer friendly moves don't go down well with them .....Well atleast the fact that TRAI has taken sucha step is great...much of the credit must be given to Tata Docomo for introducing the per second billing concept in the first place

In addition to DOCOMO, MTS and Aircel are also now on per second concept. Even BSNL is offering per second plan in one circle.
