Thread: Docomo=thieves!

i thought docomo was a very good service provider until i bought from them.
ever since i topped up for Rs.105 for my mobile, about Rs.70 has been removed for services i have never subscribed for! that is a very cheap ass way to make money! im not using vulgar languages cos of the board rules.. but this is plain robbery in daylight. despite repeated calls to the customer care, i havnt got any refund! i would recommend everyone against using docomo. as for me i am changing to trusted services such as airtel or vodafone.

Something like this occurred with my Docomo prepaid number too. The customer care agents flatly refused to recompense me. However, some emails to the nodal officer did the trick. They refunded the amount in its entirety!

the guts those people have got! i lost more just after i complained to the customer care. and they have refunded only a small amount!

It is not just Docomo. I hear such complaints from many pre-paid customers across all providers.

It is much better to have post-paid (if possible). All these hassles can be avoided. I never subscribed to any (useless) service. My monthly bill varies from Rs. 200 to Rs. 300.

So if this is possible for you, go for post-paid.

Airtel. No issues so far.

Airtel (Maharashtra circle)! Biggest looter so far!! Looted me many times... and still continues to loot my friends on a regular basis (I dumped them... they stick on cus of number).

Have not had such a bad experience with ANY other provider. The least troublesome is Idea... but they loot legally with high tariffs.

You can also catch Docomo on Face book. Make a post there with your experience. Don't waste time with CC.

BSNL/Airtel i am using those both many years in the sense 5 years... i didnt get any deduction in my amount....services of data are good with bsnl rather than airtel..i receive in evdo 1-2mbps and 2g usb modem 216 - 235 kbps flat and 3g upto 3 is the maximum...

vodafone is good so far no issues or probably they dont bother to harass me since my monthly recharge does not go above 100 bucks

Always go for postpaid services. Prepaid services are political parties for mobile companies i.e. money eating hotel :P

how to get to the nodal officer? does anybody know?
