Thread: Tata docomo chat to customer care

i havent checked but maybe they are first to provide this service to prepaid users as well..

go to tata docomo website i.e tatadocomo.com

click chat customer care at the top right yellow button..

enter your details as new or old subscriber..

and you go with your problem..

the chatclient is little older one, but they really help at night..

they just take our complaint and give us complaint number and 7 days waiting time

^^ waiting time is always better than no service..
docomo is not a 100% good provider but they have the guts...

btw, i guess the customer care chat is taken off...
