Thread: docomo wrongly activated service and deducted 54rs :(

i got up this morning and read a message

'thank you downloading little ant java game, 54rs have been deducted'

this was at 2am, i was asleep at that time !! (moreover i would never download a game for 54rs even if i am awake !! )

so i called customer care and requested for refund

they say as it is not their services, they cant do anything,, it was downloaded through tata docomo 3g life services , so its none of their business

i said its tata docomo ! its your business !!
they refused the refund

so i asked what else have you deducted from my account

he replied i had three services active on my account
1) missed call alert (i did this)
2) little ant(they dont know if its a game or service[if its a pack it will get deducted every month !! ])
3) voice gaming(what the hell is voice gaming :O )

so i asked how can i deactivate the services which i dont want, he gave me a number 155223

when i call at that number it says i have only missed call alert service activate !!! i mean what the hell !! if they say a service is active, it should show at 155223 !! if it doesnt whats the use !!

what should i do !!!!!!
